Return and Refund Policy

At Glisten, we prioritise customer satisfaction and understand that there may be instances where you might need to return a product. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Glisten website.

Return Policy

You may return the products purchased on Glisten up to 30 days from the date of receipt. We will accept products that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, and must be accompanied by the original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service at by sending an email specifying the item you wish to return, the order number, date of purchase, name of purchaser, reason for return, and if necessary, include photographs of the item. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.


The refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive your returned product. You will be notified via email about your refund status.


Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you return your items using your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurance for secure delivery. If you choose to return your jewellery with a tracking number, please notify us via email.
