Product Warranty Terms

Warranty Coverage: Our products are warranted against defects in craftsmanship or material faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Should you encounter any defects within this period, we offer to either resupply the product or refund the amount paid, in full or in part, for the defective portion.

To Avail of the Warranty:

  1. Should you discover any defect in the product, please notify us immediately through our returns portal. You are required to provide proof of purchase from us, a description and photo of the claimed defect, and select the option "Defective Product" as the reason for return.

  2. Our products are delicate and should be handled with care in accordance with the instructions provided on the product care card included with your order.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

This warranty does not cover defects caused or partly caused by or resulting from the following:

  • Loss of the product;
  • Breakage of chains, unless due to improper craftsmanship or material fault;
  • Reasonable wear and tear, including discoloration and fading of plated jewelry;
  • Acts or omissions of you or any third party not associated with us, including any third-party repairs to your product, accidents, or negligence;
  • Failure to follow any instructions related to your product provided by us or the manufacturer;
  • Use of your product for purposes other than those specified by us or the manufacturer;
  • Continued use of your product after any defect becomes apparent or would have been apparent to a reasonably prudent person, if such use is unreasonable;
  • Failure to notify us of any defects in your product within a reasonable time after you become aware or reasonably should have become aware of the defect;
  • Acts of God or force majeure events, including but not limited to war, riot, invasion, acts of terrorism, contamination, earthquakes, floods, fires, or other natural disasters, or any other event or circumstance beyond our or the manufacturer's reasonable control.
